Service As-Is
MyTryonAi provides AI-generated garment visualizations based on the fabric and reference photos you submit via WhatsApp. The service is provided "as-is" and "as-available," without warranties of any kind. Generated visualizations are AI approximations intended to aid decision-making and are not a guarantee of the final stitched garment's exact appearance.
Free Trial Credits
New users may be offered a limited number of free trial credits to generate visualizations. Trial credits have no cash value, may be limited in quantity, and may be modified or discontinued at any time at our discretion. Continued use of the service beyond trial credits may require payment as communicated to you separately.
Acceptable Use
By using MyTryonAi, you agree that you will:
- Only submit fabric and garment photos that you own or have the right to use.
- Not submit customer photos or personal images without the customer's consent.
- Not use the service for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the underlying AI systems.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the fabric and garment photos you submit. Generated visualizations are provided to you for your business use in showcasing designs to your customers.
Limitation of Liability
MyTryonAi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including any discrepancy between an AI-generated visualization and the final stitched garment.

Any disputes arising from use of MyTryonAi should first be raised with us directly at yashrami77@gmail.com so we can work toward a resolution. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat having jurisdiction.
